Results-Oriented Solutions that Transform Female Talent into Empowered, High-Performance Leaders

At Wet Cement, we are hard at work advancing women at work...

  • Despite earning more college degrees than men for 30+ years, women are underrepresented at every level in the US workforce.

  • Only 1 in 5 C-Suite roles are held by women.

  • Women continue to be hired and promoted at rates lower than men.

Because inclusive companies are good for humanity and         the bottom-line;

  • Diverse, inclusive teams make more impactful decisions 87% of the time, take less time to make decisions and deliver 60% better results (Forbes)

  • Organizations with 30%+ female leaders realize 6% higher net margins        (Peterson Institute for International Economics)

  • Boards with more women have a 36% higher return on equity (Credit Suisse)

Because "there is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise." -Bosa Sebele

Wet Cement's data-driven approach integrates original insights, the latest published research, and 20+ years experience supporting women in corporate environments.  We build a customized program for your organization based on your team's needs, culture and demographics. Our process:

  1. Develop the mission and vision with senior leadership to realize the inclusive culture you want to create.

  2. Measure the 'health' of your organization through our "Advancement Assessment."

  3. Design and deploy a personalized program informed by those results.

We also have programs designed for the male leaders of your organization, so they can better understand what's holding back the women they manage, gain a clearer sense of how to coach and guide them, and address sensitive topics.

Our "Advancer"

Wet Cement CEO Jennifer Willey has been on a mission to help advance women at work for the past decade.  She is the Founder and Chair of the WebMD Women's Leadership Network, a Founding Member of the AOL Women's Network, board member of the Alliance for Women in Media NY, a Content Contributor and the “Expert Sales and Communications Trainer” for Rent the Runway’s Project Entrepreneur, and a mentor for rising Health Tech female Executives via CSweetener. She has also climbed the corporate ladder herself.

Now Jenn leverages her unique expertise in communications and confidence to help other women advance in the workplace. She has experience on-air as an anchor/reporter for ABC and CBS affiliates, and as a C-level technology and media executive for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Oath/AOL, Yahoo!, WebMD, Everyday Health, Sharecare and Independa.  She offers a unique perspective on how to communicate with confidence to rise to the C-level, while leading as the only woman at the table all too often.

Jenn's passion to help women advance led to proprietary qualitative and quantitative research that uncovered what women CAN control and change.  We used those learnings to create a proprietary curriculum that benefits both women and men.  All sessions include hands-on individual and group exercises that help change the equation in fun and constructive ways.

Our Unique Approach

Wet Cement's innovative insight-to-action applied learning framework helps build collaborative cultures that drive results. We empower women to achieve their potential by focusing on five key pillars that accelerate career growth: Confidence, Communication, Connections, Control and Courage.

Our customized programs are designed for women at all levels in your organization--from the 'fresh out of college' junior staffer to senior leaders, because helping only 'Rising Executive Women' doesn't solve the underlying problems for the future.
